Step 1:The client or their introducer e-mails an Executive Summary to Cauta which should include the “Core Elements” of the transaction:
a) Detailed identification of the client.
b) The capital share of distribution and identification of the shareholders.
c) Nature and description of the project.
d) Cost of the project.
e) Amount of funding required.
f) Any and all other information that may be pertinent to the transaction.
After careful consideration of the information received, if for whatever reason Cauta does not wish to go forward with the project, the client will immediately be informed. If Cauta wishes to proceed then a complete Business Plan, together with any additional information deemed necessary will be requested.
Step 2:Cauta will review the Business Plan and the documentation received. Should there be no further interest; the client shall be advised within a period of 7 to 14 days.
Step 3:Conversely, if the proposal submitted is of interest to Cauta then a meeting will be arranged with the client at the company’s headquarters in Zurich. The objective of the meeting will be to discuss the parameters of Cauta´s intervention in any given transaction, and discuss the details of the project.
Step 4:If the meeting is positive, a Formal Proposal will be issued to the client.
Step 5:If the client accepts the Proposal, then the Due Diligence procedures are engaged, which includes a site visit to the project. (If applicable)
Step 6:If the Due Diligence is positive then the transaction will be finalized typically within 60 working days.
