HOW WE WORK

Cauta invests in highly profitable industrial and real estate project finance, property development and private equity. Fully secured asset backed investments with exit strategies in place prior to any capital commitment from the company.


PROJECT FINANCING

Cauta finance industrial and real estate development projects, Investing in property development companies, providing direct support in two ways, by making a financial investment in return for an equity stake in the business, or by offering debt finance to fund growth activities for an agreed return.


The financing is typically secured by all the project assets, including the revenue-producing contracts. Cauta are given a lien on all of the assets and are able to assume control of a project if the project company has difficulties complying with the loan terms.

PRIVATE EQUITY

Cauta invests in private companies where underlying assets can be secured by an equity stake (shares) with greater collateral value than the invested capital. Cauta traditionally preplans an exit by either: (a) replacing invested capital with capital market liquidity raised by the company going public (selling shares) or (b) the sale of the company to a larger entity thereby securing its principle and profits.


The capital originates from the group, its senior executives and private clients. Private equity investments often demand longer holding periods to allow for the turnaround of a distressed company or a liquidity event such as an IPO or sale.
Cauta Partners are medium to long-term investors, typically investing in companies for between 3-7 years. The company is fully committed to building lasting and sustainable value in the businesses it invests in.
Cauta Partners invests in companies that are operational and lack the necessary capital for growth and expansion. Although rigorous due diligence is applied to any prospective company Cauta Partners do not specifically invest in any one industry.
We welcome applications from a minimum of £ 2 million.
